Churches   in  Portugal

This is the church of Nossa Senhora da Graça do Divor in Barragem do Divor with the typical blue lining in the area. The porch is rather peculiar and made of marble.
Right, a picture of a side entrance.

The church Nossa Senhora da Boa Fé in Boa Fé has a yellow lining.

Inside the church the walls are fully tiled. Outside however, there is only one scene in tiles on the east wall.

In São Brissos is this church which seems to be very neglected. Three layers of paint are clearly visible and they are not all of the same height. Against the church a little house has been built with a lean-to against the sun. In the porch are a number swallows nests.

Santa Sofia is a little and colourful village. Every house neatly painted. Before the church a little walled square but behind the wall an enormous depth. One can sit on the stone bench against the wall but now, on a sunday, the laundry is drying in the sun. Against the church very tiny houses are built.
